Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Outside Sales Representative, based in Phoenix, AZ. The Outside Sales Representative will be tasked with identifying potential clients, establishing relationships through effective communication, and presenting the company's services. Additionally, the representative will be responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining customer satisfaction, and staying informed about market trends and competitors. The role also involves crafting tailored solutions to meet customer needs while supporting business growth initiatives.

Qualifications

Experience in sales, business development, and customer relationship management
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to confidently present solutions to prospective clients
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies to drive successful outcomes
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently in an on-site setting
Experience in home improvement, construction, or interior design industries is a plus
Proficiency with sales management tools and CRM software is an advantage
High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial
