WE ASK THAT YOU PLEASE READ AND FOLLOW THE NEW COVID19 RULES THAT ARE ATTACHED TO THE ENTRANCES OF EACH POOL, ALONG WITH FOLLOWING THE EXISTING POOL RULES.

THE FITNESS CENTERS WILL BE OPEN TOMORROW AT NOON. THE COVID19 RULES WILL BE POSTED ON EACH ENTRANCE DOOR AND NEXT TO THE SANITIZING WIPES.

Hello Biltmore Residents,

We write to you today to provide you all with a recent update on the current status of Biltmore Square.

On Wednesday 04/29/2020, Governor Ducey issued an executive order extending Arizona's Stay Home, Stay Healthy, Stay Connected Order until May 15, 2020. All amenities are to remain closed to continue the practice of social distancing until further guidance is issued from Government authorities.

For Biltmore Square that would include keeping all pool areas, our fitness center, the conference room and business center closed until the order is lifted. We will update all when we have a definite date to re-open Biltmore Square amenities.

Greetings Homeowners and Residents,

It's that time of year when all water rates are being refigured. We are asking that you please check for any leakages in your kitchens, bathrooms and hot water heaters.

In faucets, a dripping tap can waste 15 liters of water per day, or 5,500 liters of water a year. A leaky toilet can waste 200 gallons a day. If your toilet flapper doesn't close properly after flushing, then replace it.

Also, it's very important that you know where your water master shutoff valve is located. (The water heater shutoff and unit shutoff valves are both located next to your hot water heater).

Let us work together in keeping our water rates as low as possible.
