Carlos started this journey in 2011 as Velasco Consulting after seeing too many multicultural campaigns speak to Latino communities without truly understanding them. That belief led to the creation of Novle, built on real community relationships.

Nine years later, that vision earned two awards in one night.

On Wednesday, Avance High School opened its doors to the community!

Families had the opportunity to learn about the school's programs and discover what makes Avance a unique place for students to grow.

In the weeks leading up to the event, we partnered with Chicanos Por La Causa - CPLC to introduce Avance High School to the community through a grassroots outreach campaign focused on making real in-person connections.

Together, we connected with 350+ community members by engaging directly with parents and creating opportunities for meaningful conversations about the school's mission.

Every student deserves a school where they feel seen, supported, and set up to succeed. That's exactly what Avance High School is building by creating new opportunities for students, stronger support for families, and a brighter future for the community it serves.

Happy 1st work anniversary to Karen! 🥳🎉

One year ago, Karen joined Novle as a design intern through Arizona State University. Since then, she’s graduated with her bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design and has continued growing with our team. 💙

Over the past year, she’s become a big part of our creative work, designing many of the social media graphics you see across our channels. This year, Karen has also been stepping into animation, helping bring our content to life in new ways.

One of our favorite things about Karen is that she’s always ready to learn something new. Whether it’s taking on a new project or building a new skill, she approaches it with curiosity and is always looking for ways to grow.
