When an artist receives a request for a commission, they must interview the client well to know what that client is visualizing. It is then , as an artist, I must feel what they see. I was asked to create two Paradise Spheres, and the only criteria was that they were a lovely shade of blue. I took my time , mailed them off, and prayed they would be what she saw in her minds eye and what my hands would create to make her feel pleased . She just called, and said they were too beautiful ! I think I succeeded.

When an artist is hired to create a commission, we never know if we will hit the mark. I was asked to create two Paradise Sphere’s for a client. I know a lot about this client, and I had carte blanc as long as they were blue. I asked a few things about her life and began to create her art with my hands….. she just called me that she had received her precious package in Angels Camp, California. She lives in an area that give her a picturesque view of Mother Nature . Here is what she received fresh off the work bench. Nothing make me happier than a satisfied client, enjoy your spheres my friend, you are a beautiful person.
