It is no longer required to have file for septic phase 1 with the county before submitting the construction plans to Maricopa County, it will be required to complete your septic permit though before construction permit is issued.

Work! Work! Work! It comes to me from so many directions, each project is unique, some are exciting, some, not so much; but glad to help and grateful for the opportunity!

Just picked up one of my personal favorite permits for a new youth center for our church. So HAPPY!

Sometimes it's just not clear what needs a permit and what does not. You can avoid this by looking online at your City's website under their frequently asked questions for planning and building departments.

What does PPS (Phoenix Permit Service) actually do?

1. Obtain construction permits for new builds, remodels, additions for homes, commercial and industrial type projects.

2. Resolve non-permitted construction violations for both residential and commercial.

3. Process use permits, variances, and rezoning applications.

4. Project Coordinator- bring together the design professional team to handle Design and the Entitlements to permit your project.

After doing this now for 14 yrs this year, I decided to start actually marketing my business. My reason for not in the past was to keep work load minimized so I can balance raising small children by having flexible hours. This year is going to be different.

We are staying busy! Hopeful its a sign of a construction economic turnaround!

Business is good, looks like construction is coming back around. I'm hoping for a strong back half of this year!

I take great satisfaction in helping others in the development process. Today was a really fun zoning hearing with approval results. My client was so happy he hugged me!! And an old friend piped in at the end, it was great!
