Our Business Development Associate in South Dakota, Michael Feltes, recently attended three events bringing together leaders in healthcare, senior living and faith communities.

As a licensed nursing home administrator, Michael knows firsthand how important it is to stay current on the issues and trends affecting the industries we serve. From conversations about changes in senior living to learning more about how AI is influencing healthcare decisions and outcomes, each event offered valuable insights and opportunities to strengthen relationships across the state.

Thanks to South Dakota Health Care Association, South Dakota Conference UCC, and South Dakota Association of Healthcare Organizations for bringing people together for great conversations and continued learning!

Progress continues at Cross of Glory in Peoria, Arizona! 🌵

Construction on the new classrooms recently reached an exciting milestone, with crews completing the concrete slab pour and beginning to raise wall panels.

For more than 15 years, Catalyst Construction has been proud to partner with St. Marcus Lutheran School as it has grown its mission and expanded its impact across Milwaukee’s north side.

At Clarion Pointe Sioux Falls Airport, a change in material deliveries meant coordinating all three floors at once instead of tackling them floor by floor. Add a South Dakota winter to the mix, and staying ahead of the details mattered even more.

Our team worked closely with on-site management and local subcontractors to adjust the plan, keep communication moving and stay focused on the schedule. That collaboration helped portions of the project finish ahead of schedule and brought the final vision to life, including a pretty great Mount Rushmore mural in the lobby.
