In my last reel, I shared a card that simply said, “Be Grateful!” 💗
Today, I want to take that message a little deeper. Gratitude isn’t just about recognizing the good in our lives. It’s also about allowing ourselves to receive it, appreciating how far we’ve come, and celebrating what we’ve accomplished along the way.
Sometimes, the smallest moments of gratitude can create the biggest shifts in our hearts. 🙏🏻✨

I am grateful it is National Best Friends day! I have one of the greatest friendships with my bestie Giuliana Melo !! She has been in my life since 2014 and has been a huge part of my healing journey. Gratitude is such a powerful emotion it attracts even more joy and peace!
