Today, we remember the 49 lives lost at Pulse and honor the LGBTQ+ community forever impacted by that tragedy. 🤍
Pulse was more than a nightclub. It was community, joy, safety, and belonging.
As attacks on LGBTQ+ visibility and safe spaces continue, remembering matters. Protecting our community matters.

A lot of q***r people learned how to survive before they learned how to rest.
Sometimes coping looks like partying every weekend, drinking more than usual, staying constantly busy, or feeling emotionally checked out without realizing it.
A lot of us normalize these things because stress, burnout, loneliness, and survival mode can start feeling routine.
These conversations deserve compassion and honesty, not shame. 🫶

Your health isn’t separate categories. Your healthcare shouldn’t be either.
At Spectrum Medical, primary care includes stress, sleep, headaches, fatigue, preventative care, sexual health, and everything in between. ✨
A lot of people wait until something feels “serious” before seeing a doctor, but everyday symptoms and ongoing health concerns deserve attention, too.
Because healthcare works best when providers understand the full picture of your wellbeing.

Healthcare isn't one-size-fits-all.
Expanding access to gynecological care for le****ns, bisexual women, and transgender men helps ensure more people can access the preventive care, screenings, and services they need in a welcoming environment.
We're grateful to see this important work highlighted by KJZZ and to be part of the conversation around improving healthcare access for Arizona's LGBTQ+ community.

What LGBTQ+ Personalized Healthcare Means
You shouldn’t have to brace yourself before going to the doctor.
Personalized LGBTQ+ healthcare means providers who respect your identity, understand your experiences, and create a space where you can just… be yourself.
âś” Inclusive forms
âś” Respecting pronouns
âś” Providers who understand LGBTQ+ health
âś” Sexual health + primary care working together
Healthcare feels different when you don’t feel judged or like you have to explain yourself the entire time. 🫶
