Remember this - always - and keep moving forward.
The point here, for me, is not that you don't have a direction and a plan. Of course you need to know your big picture. But the point is that you don't have to figure out every little detail before you take any action at all.
So - our three stages are:
Get the list done.
Nurture them.
Do the course and campaign.
You don't have to have (and should not wait for) the course to be done before you start building a LIST!
