In nearly 30 years serving Arizona, we have earned a reputation for adapting creative, cost-effective solutions for our clients’ technical challenge
It was a beautiful day in Gilbert Town Hall Arizona for the community beam signing, an exciting milestone for a project that will soon enhance connectivity for residents and visitors alike.
As the Ocotillo Road extension nears completion, the impact of these improvements is already taking shape. With key roadway access expected to open for the holiday weekend, the community will benefit from easier, more connected travel right when it matters most.
Grateful to be part of a collaborative effort that continues to support Arizona's growth and everyday community experiences.
This week, we’re celebrating the people who help turn ideas into reality from the very first point to the last. To our surveyors in the field and in the office, thank you for your precision, commitment, and expertise that drives every project forward.
Before design. Before construction. Before communities take shape, our survey teams are gathering and processing data to prepare for what’s next. After design, they are completing calculations and putting stakes in the ground to help bring our communities to life. We couldn't do our jobs without our surveyors.

This month’s WPIT site visit took us to Alamar, a 1,130-acre master planned community set at the base of the Sierra Estrella Mountains in the West Valley. Designed for connection, Alamar brings together families, parks, schools, and trails, all supported by innovative engineering solutions that transformed floodplain challenges into opportunities for growth.
As Arizona continues to grow at a record pace, thoughtful community planning has never been more important, and our IN TRAINING ( ) group is getting a firsthand look at how it all comes together.
To celebrate the season, a pumpkin design in the field reminds us that creativity and engineering often go hand in hand. 🛠️🍂 Here’s to the next generation of engineers learning to create, connect, and protect Arizona’s past, present, and future.
