There is something special about new home construction and purchasing a new build. Customizing a home to fit “you,” choosing the details, watching it rise from dirt to full prestige. CONGRATULATIONS to my that just secured this lot and got in contract for a . in has only a limited number of lots left. My buyers scored an awesome and will be building a 5 bedroom 3 bath home set to be completed in April 2022. As they were new to the buying process and didn't know where to begin. Their lease expires next May and their will be ready for their moving in a month prior. Perfect timing. The Universe aligned for this one. I am so very excited for them.
