Homeopathy: alike treats alike, returning you to homeostasis

Apis mellifica is great for a red inflammed bee sting or other bite/sting.

Arnica montana is great for bruising, swelling and pain. Its my first go to when my kids or I get hurt. Use before surgeries to help minimize bruising, swelling and pain. How do you know Arnica?

Next meeting is Jan. 11 from 6-730. Valeria has asked us to read Chapter (1) 2 of "Everybody's Guide to Homeopathic Medicines" and do a practice case on someone before our next meeting. Guidelines are: Only a simple, acute case, not someone in a chronic situation. Keep good notes on symptoms, remedy used and results. Plan to share your experience in class in January.
