DigitScan offers Florida live scan fingerprinting for Florida Licensure (nursing, MD, Insurance, real estate, mortgage brokers etc)

We submit directly to FDLE for your fingerprint background check. We are a Certified FDLE Livescan service provider.

The Florida Department of Law Enforcement will normally respond within 24-72 hours with the results to the agency whose ORI number you provided at the time of your appointment.

If the applicant has an arrest record, the procedure may take a bit longer, but most FDLE responses are forwarded directly to the state agency.

The fingerprinting results are not sent to the person who is being fingerprinted. You can get a copy of your criminal history background check by contacting the state agency that requested it in the first place.

How much does it cost to be fingerprinted at the police station? What you need to know is that ever since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic, most police stations have discontinued offering fingerprinting services.

For the few police departments that may still offer fingerprinting, these stations often require you to bring your own fingerprint cards. And most still do the old fashioned ink fingerprints like you're being booked for a crime!
