Now the problem is when I try to advise u to look at a few things like suction, hose kink, or a foreign obstruction that does include legos! So please do your due diligence when I ask to review these before exchanges for a reason as it’s most common. I know first thing to blame is the unit failed, I want another unit… no. Simple due diligence goes along ways and avoids unnecessary calls and trials and tests when the item is just fine and has a LEGO stuck in it(proof in photos) PLEASE AND THANK YOU PHOENIX! Sometimes it needs to be taken all the way down to the bare bones and fully rebuilt. If that is what it takes then that is what I do to assure proper functioning of every unit. Now off to testing and green light!
