It is with heavy hearts that MJS Designs announces the passing of our beloved Solder Technician, Dora Maria Estrada Cano.

Dora had been a cherished member of the MJS family since February 2001. Over the years, she developed exceptional soldering skills and became our expert Solder Technician. A master of her craft, Dora was the artist behind the intricate LED soldering for our Engineering Team’s Cube. Anyone who had the opportunity to watch her work could see the incredible skill and precision she brought to everything she did. It was truly amazing to watch her solder.

Dora was a beautiful person inside and out, and her kindness and warmth touched so many people at MJS. She always had a smile no matter how difficult the project she was presented with was. Dora was also the person everyone turned to when faced with a difficult task.

Dora shared a particularly special bond with her mentor, Sammy, dating back to her early years at MJS. Their friendship and respect for one another was truly something special.

We are all still grieving this tremendous loss and will miss Dora dearly. Her talent, kindness, smile, and presence will forever be a part of the MJS family.

Our deepest condolences go out to Dora’s family, friends, and all those who had the privilege of knowing and working alongside her. 🤍
