Alex Pandi Studio

St. George was a high ranked military officer in the Roman Army that later suffered martyrdom for announcing his Christian faith during
the reign of Roman Emperor, Diocletian 284-305 AD.
I am fascinated with his faithful story and how prevalent he became to many denominations of Christian Churches. In 2022, I was inspired to start this painting and have worked on it off and on to completion. Today, the Icon Is in a church called St. George Orthodox Church in Prescott, Arizona.

The old town of the Crusader’s Castle was so impressive.
on my visit that I decided to paint my impression of the
magnificence of one of the walkways toward the castle.

Reflections in the Rain 16"X20"
A rainy night with the streetlights of the surrounding
area creates colorful magical reflections on the stormy
wet ground.

Mother Nature’s Serenity 24”x30”
Mother Nature creates a setting for many pleasures and
experiences. The biker is enjoying a feeling of freedom
in nature’s open spaces while reflecting on the spectacular
views of the mountains, the desert and a brewing storm.

In the composition of this still life painting, I added.
the statute of David observing the wine and fruits that
connect the past and the present.
