St. George was a high ranked military officer in the Roman Army that later suffered martyrdom for announcing his Christian faith during
the reign of Roman Emperor, Diocletian 284-305 AD.
I am fascinated with his faithful story and how prevalent he became to many denominations of Christian Churches. In 2022, I was inspired to start this painting and have worked on it off and on to completion. Today, the Icon Is in a church called St. George Orthodox Church in Prescott, Arizona.
A limited number of prints will be available.

This painting reminds me the past!
I painted this piece because I like to bike and did a lot of riding in years past. This bike was painted by imagination.
