Cleaning platens after a long job is always fun 🫠
How do we make sure a screen is perfectly adjusted for a job?
Place the film output you used to burn your screen on your platen. Measure each side to ensure it's centered.
Then adjust your screen with the clamps until it perfectly aligns with the film output! Voila 👌

See that emulsion getting washed off?
Gotta make sure that mesh is clear so the ink pushes through the design while screen printing!

What a project!
A 5 screen job (2 for the back, left chess & each sleeve) using a 4 screen press for these comfortably snug soft style hoodies!
Client was nu metal band, Sicksense.
