A MUST HAVE gear reinforcement to your 1/5 skymaster F-16. After having to replace my main gear bulkhead, I designed this. Its CNC carbon plate and keeps the bolts from pulling through/ breaking the wood from the backside and bending your aluminum backplate. No need to remove your gear to install, just pull out the screws and add this plate. $150 shipped

I participated in my first scale contest this past weekend at the “gunsmoke” scale masters qualifier. I was generously awarded 1st place in advanced, top static award and commanders choice award for my F-16. It’s nice to see that the over 1000 hours I put into this model didn’t go to waste! Fortunately she flies as well as she looks and I am really enjoying this airplane. Next up is my mibo A-10 warthog kit.

It was a great experience to learn some ins and outs of a scale model competition and enjoy the company of some wonderful people. I am looking forward to the opportunity to compete in October’s national championships.

A big thank you goes to Jim Spice and the rest of the one eighth crew crew that put the effort in to make events like this happen.

Well, there it is finally complete! The most scale F-16 cockpit ever made! I 3D printed all the parts, painted and added every switch with teeezers.
