It genuinely surprises me how many people make it all the way to writing an offer without knowing what a contingency is.
This is the thing that protects your earnest money deposit. And if you miss the timing window on one of them, the seller can keep your money.

This one was seriously so smooth from beginning to end. Great clients, great communication, a great Realtor partner and such a great investment in Queen Creek.
Queen Creek continues to grow like crazy, and there is so much happening in this area. The town is continuing to invest heavily in roads, infrastructure, public safety and long-term growth while more businesses and jobs continue moving into the Southeast Valley.
