Most of you who follow me know that I have been on a transformative journey for the past 18 months. Recently I completed my Certification as a Somatic S*x, Love, and Relationship Coach specializing in the area of Intimacy. As a Somatic coach, I delve into the mind-body connection, focusing on how bodily sensations, emotions, and movements inform our experiences and behaviors. I guide individuals to explore and understand their physical sensations and patterns, unlocking deeper insights into underlying issues and facilitating personal growth and transformation. By incorporating somatic techniques such as breathwork, mindfulness, and body awareness exercises, my clients develop greater self-awareness, resilience, and capacity for authentic expression.
