We are hiring immediately Customer Account Reps that want to move up with the company & that will provide excellent customer service. This is not a boring behind a desk, watching the clock all day job. This is a fulfilling job where you are on the move in and out of the store. You will be providing great customer service managing your route in the store, and you will also be providing great customer service driving our vehicle delivering great product to our awesome customers. We’re seeking driven, retail sales minded individuals capable of managing different accounts & providing outstanding customer service. You will ensure customer accounts stay up to date and adhere to company standards & you will deliver your customers the products they need for their wonderful families. Job Description:
Job Summary
The Delivery Specialist provides the highest level of customer service through sales support, delivery management and ex*****on, and merchandising activities including, but not limited to the key responsibilities below. The Delivery Specialist accomplishes these in a way that is consistent with the RAC mission statement and core values, to foster lasting relationships and to treat our customers like family.
Key Responsibilities
Deliveries & Pick-ups:
Load truck per policy to protect merchandise
Execute deliveries at the time requested or scheduled by the customer
Provide excellent customer service and ensure top-notch customer experience for all delivery
interactions.
Install merchandise and instruct on proper use
Pick-up merchandise from customer homes as assigned
Keep assigned vehicle(s) clean and maintained, as required, for safe operation
Complete customer service and product service in a timely manner as assigned
Follow all safety, handling and transportation procedures to avoid personal injury and property
damage
Perform other duties assigned by Management
Merchandising:
Maintain the store in rent ready condition
Prepare returned merchandise to be rent ready
Stock showroom and unload trucks of new merchandise
Keep sales floor clean and organized
Keep back office and store area neat and organized
Job Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be at least 21 years of age
Valid state driver's license and good driving record
Strong communication and customer service skills
Good reading, speaking, listening skills
Ability to follow instructions and utilize problem solving skills
Heavy lifting and moving
