Dear Eye Candy Vision Customer,
We are writing to share an important change in how our practice will operate. After careful consideration, we have decided that starting June 12, 2026, our office will no longer be participating in any private or commercial insurance networks.
This was not an easy decision, but it is one made to ensure we can continue providing you with the highest quality of personalized care. Transitioning to a self-pay model allows us to spend more time together during appointments and reduces the administrative hurdles and insurance inconsistancies that often interfere with your treatment.
What this means for you:
*Appointments before June 12, 2026: We will continue to bill your insurance as usual.
*Appointments on or after June 12, 2026: Payment will be due in full at the time of service.
*Out-of-Network Benefits: While we will no longer bill insurance directly, we can provide you with an itemized receipt that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
We value the trust you place in us and truly hope to continue our relationship. If you have questions regarding our new fee schedule or how to navigate out-of-network claims, please contact our office at 215-568-3937.
Thank you for your understanding and for allowing us to be a part of your healthcare journey.
Warmly,
The Staff at Eye Candy Vision
