50 years of learning through play calls for a BIG celebration — and this weekend, you helped us make it one to remember! 🎉💜

Thank you to everyone who joined us for Please Touch Museum’s 50th Birthday Weekend. From live performances, special activities and cupcakes to our giant interactive birthday cake, it was a joyful way to celebrate five decades of Museum memories.

Sixteen years ago, Tyler Gallashaw and Tiana Scott met at a Sweet 16 party at Please Touch Museum. This weekend, they came back for a very different kind of celebration. 💍
Tyler proposed to Tiana in the same place where their story began — and even wore the same jacket he had on the night they first met in 2010.
“I thought it would be a great idea asking her to marry me at the place that we first met as a nice full-circle moment,” Tyler shared. “She loved everything about it and remembered the jacket as well.”
Congratulations, Tyler and Tiana! We’re so happy Please Touch Museum could be part of another special chapter in your story.

Celebrate 50 years of Please Touch Museum with a FREE weekend filled with special performances, activities, and playful fun! Advance registration is required and tickets are now sold out! A limited number of day-of walk-up tickets may be available, subject to capacity. Walk-up admission is not guaranteed.

🐾 Oct. 7 | PAW Patrol: Adventure Play Exhibit Opening
Calling all little heroes! Our brand-new PAW Patrol exhibit opens October 7 for even more hands-on, imaginative play. This limited-time exhibit will be open through Jan. 3.

🎠 Oct. 11 | Members-Only Morning
Members can enjoy special early access from 9–11 AM and start the day with some extra playtime! Non-members may explore the Museum beginning at 11 AM.

🚀 Oct. 12 | Open for Indigenous Peoples’ Day from 9 AM - 4:30 PM.

Get into the not-so-spooky spirit with a day of family-friendly Halloween fun and trick-or-treating around the Museum! 🎃

SUPERHERO SATURDAY WAS SUPER! 💥 From training with the Philly Avengers to creating brand-new superhero alter egos with ArtWell, we had a day full of creativity, building and imagination! ⭐ A huge thank you to Five Below for sponsoring this event, and everyone who came out and helped us unleash their superpowers through play! 💜

We loved stomping, roaring, and exploring Dino Day with everyone! 🦖🦕 From roaming dinosaurs with DinosaursArise to digging up fossils with Edelman Fossil Park & Museum of Rowan University, it was a prehistoric day for the books! Thank you to GlenmedeOfficial for bringing this day to life.
