woke up just to get smacked in the face by the world

struggling with depression and/or another mental illness is never easy. we dont make things any easier on eachother when we build the stigma around it. not everyone is okay and thats okay! everyone needs their person to talk to.

i basically took care of everyone else while never being taught how to take care of me… but I am learning. one day at a time.
