Your presence helped remove barriers and made it possible for more families to fully engage in the day. The smiles, laughter, and joy coming from the childcare space were a reminder that supporting parents means supporting their children too.

Today is , a reminder that periods are normal, but access to menstrual care, education, and support is still not equal for everyone.
Too many young girls and women miss school, work, activities, or even feel shame simply because they do not have access to the products, resources, or conversations they deserve.
At ITAVFoundation, we believe dignity should never be a privilege.
Creating a starts with education, access, compassion, and community support. It means breaking stigma, having honest conversations, and making sure no one has to choose between basic necessities and menstrual care.
Periods are not embarrassing.
Periods are not dirty.
Periods are health.
Let’s continue building communities where girls and women feel seen, supported, informed, and empowered. ❤️
