Backstage Access!
Before the performers took the stage and before thousands of fans arrived for the Roots Picnic, we had the best seat in the house.
From litter cleanup to site preparation, our crews worked behind the scenes at Belmont Plateau in Fairmount Park to help ensure the grounds were clean, welcoming, and ready for one of Philadelphia’s biggest music events. While the spotlight shines on the stage, a lot of work happens beforehand to help create a great experience for everyone attending.
