Today, on Haitian Flag Day, we celebrate the strength, resilience, and beauty of Haiti. 🇭🇹
The Haitian flag was created in 1803 during the revolution by removing the white from the French flag which symbolized Haiti’s independence and unity.
The flag remains a powerful symbol of freedom and pride.

🆘Haiti is facing one of the worst hunger crises in the Western Hemisphere.🆘
🗣️Right now, over 5.8 million people in Haiti (more than half the population), are facing acute food insecurity, and nearly 1.8 million are in emergency hunger conditions. Children are among the hardest hit, with families struggling to access even one meal a day. 
🗣️ THIS is why continuing our food deliveries are so important. All humans—especially children, have a right to food security. We are so grateful for all of our sponsors who make it happen.🙏🏽💚💜🌎
