Here's some good news to start the year! Compass CEO Robert Reffkin thinks Q4 of 2022 was the bottom of the recent real estate market cycle, swipe right to see why.

Just want to share two developments that are underway this year! First off, 95 is finally being capped! This project has been in the works for some time now and construction will start in the next few months, with an completion target of 2026. Next up is the space at Festival Pier which is turning into a $2.2B mixed use project, including multi family housing, commercial space and four acres of public space and parks! A recent study by found that crime rates near abandoned homes that were renovated with new doors, windows and other improvements saw a decrease in gun crimes.
