The Plastic Club is the third oldest art club in the United States. Located in Center City, Philly. Members include well-known Philadelphia artists.

Since 1897, The Plastic Club has been devoted to the promotion and preservation of the visual (plastic) arts in Philadelphia. The busy gallery schedule offers regular salon exhibitions for members and non-members, as well as special solo and group exhibitions by invitation. The name "Plastic Club," suggested by Blanche Dillaye, referred to any work of art unfinished, or in a "plastic" state. The t

On Sunday, 6/7, all are invited to attend the Opening Reception for 2026 MEMBERS CHOICE show in our main galleries from 2-5 PM! 🧑‍🎨🎨✨

We're also pleased to host KITTY FINDS A FROG, a solo exhibition by artist member Chloë Epstein in the Bob Jackson Gallery!

Join us on SATURDAY, 5/30 at 7 PM, for Saturday Movie Night: A Pop-up Celebration!

Philadelphia-based filmmakers (including a few Plastic Club members) explore love, romance, loss, grief, fear, companionship, "man's best friend", and the secret mating habits of shopping carts. Many filmmakers will be in attendance to answer questions. Potluck-style refreshments will be available.

Drop-off will take place at the same time for the June MEMBERS CHOICE show. The opening reception will be held on Sunday, 6/7, from 2-5 PM.

Plastic Club members are invited to participate in a collaborative small works exhibition in the vitrine at the Club, responding to the current moment in our shared national and cultural landscape.
