Q: Would you ever consider splitting off Haley and Brittany to their own series? Love this series!

A: Thank you for enjoying it! Would I consider it? Yeah, I'd consider it. I'm not sure if it's something I would ever do, though. When the Silencer Series is over, maybe I miss those characters and do something with them. Who knows? I do kind of regret that I did not bring Brittany into the series a little sooner. She was kind of a character that just popped up and wasn't planned, but I do wish I had thought of her sooner. But for a spinoff... I would never say never.

Q: Hi! Just curious on what or how you read? Paperbacks, hardcovers, ebooks, audiobooks?

A: I've completely embraced ebooks for the most part. I have trouble concentrating on audiobooks, as my mind (as active as it is) tends to wander and think about other things. Physically reading helps to keep me focused on the subject matter. I only do paperback/hardcover if it's a signed copy.

Q: What are your favorite and least favorite parts of being a writer?

A: Favorite part is probably when I finish, and I can look back and feel a sense of accomplishment, realizing I just created a story that I hope people will like. My least favorite part is probably promotional or advertising stuff. I really don't like that side of things, but books don't usually sell themselves.

Q: How do you come up with character names?

A: I have sheets of names written down, both first names and last names. When I'm writing a story, I start looking through them for a name that fits. I'll then write down a bunch that I like and then start mixing and matching until I get one that I like.

A: I can't say that I have. I can't think of any instance in which I've written something and wished I still had a character that I previously killed off.
