This scene aged better than the meat 🥩

50 years later, Rocky’s training montage still hits, the meat locker still makes us want to throw a few punches, and we’re still taking notes from the Italian Stallion 🐎

Now it’s your turn. The Icon Challenge is officially on: 10 classes in 31 days for a shot at Rocky 50th Anniversary merch + a Rocky-inspired NYC trip for 2️⃣

Join in the Rumble App 🥊

Still taking in everything you did this weekend 🥲🥊
To every studio, team, member, partner and person who showed up for Rumblethon, this one belongs to you 🖤

Now, about what’s next... we hope you’re ready for another round 👀

Get your sleep tonight...bc tomorrow we push Hard Mode harder ‼️😮‍💨

The training is done. The teams are ready. Now we get to put all that work toward something bigger.

Rumblethon, we’ll see you tomorrow 🥊

What you see: the fighter’s toughness, confidence, composure
What you don’t see: everything a fighter is carrying behind it

For a sport built around showing strength, speaking openly about mental health has challenged the idea that struggling and being strong can’t exist at the same time.

Strength isn’t just what you can take, it’s knowing when you don’t have to take it alone.

That’s what’s behind Rumblethon.
Showing up together, putting purpose behind the punches, and supporting The Jed Foundation as they work to make sure teens and young adults have the support they need when they need it 🖤🥊

Johnny Bananas knows a thing or two about a Challenge 👀

This one comes with gloves, a team, and a big reason to show up.

Rumblethon is THIS weekend, see you there 🥊
