This time I was at Herald Square ! Here’s my work in progress of a friendly youngster chillin’. I was prompted on the word serenity today by my friend Rémy. So my creature took a stroll and lay down right by the pond on a beautiful day. Idk who it is yet but I soon will ! Another joyful day with ... check him out !

🌬w.i.p. Little rat on a cliff just wondering who the unlikely visitor is ... Yesterday I painted live for the first time at Times Square with . Before I went, my hesitations were 1. What if I don’t like what I paint ? Should I go in with an idea or just feel for it in the moment ? 2. How do I find intimacy with my canvas in one of the busiest places in NY ? ... Well, I decided that wondering what to paint fell into creating expectations of the experience which I honestly had nooo idea about until I got there. So, I instantly cleared my mind and the day before I was free of any anxieties and instead had a very blank and fluffy mind ready to be molded. Now, I was able to absorb the indigenous trance like music of Street Mule and combine it with the conversation I had with Amanda about rats in central park. Here birthed this! When I got there and set up my things, I also realised that no matter where I was painting, I get into this zone where I have no sensations except the trance that binds me to my canvas, and so, this was wasn’t really an issue either !!!
