Before becoming Arts Ballroom, our home at 1324 Locust Street was already part of Philadelphia’s history.

Built in 1923 as the Hotel Sylvania, the building has witnessed more than a century of stories, gatherings and transformations. Today, that legacy lives on in a space where new memories are created every day. 🥂
