Join us in celebrating Cait Harding in her new role as Organizational Strategy, Senior Manager!
From day one, Cait has been a powerhouse, leaving a lasting impact on our company and culture. Over the past three years, she has been a driving force behind our industry-leading cultural initiatives and top-notch offerings.
Cait’s influence spans every corner of Watchdog. She has played pivotal roles in the Community Engagement Committee (CEC), the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Council, and the Development Committee. Her contributions have been invaluable, making a difference in everything she touches.
In this new role created for Cait, she will work closely with our leadership team to enhance our structure, communication, processes, and overall organizational health. She will be instrumental in steering our continued growth and success.

On Saturday, Watchdog spoke at the groundbreaking ceremony for the Belmont Commons Cultural Activities Park in Philadelphia, PA. Our team was honored to help bring this project to life for the members of the community!
The Watchdog Team welcomes Steve Derrickson! Steve brings over 15 years of industry experience to Watchdog. His career has encompassed a wide diversity of project types and has extensive industrial sector experience and technical expertise. Steve holds his OSHA 10, 30, and 500 certifications as well as his Construction Quality Management for Contractors (CQM-C) credential. He is also a United States Army veteran, having served 28 years in total. We are confident that Steve’s strong background paired with his commitment to driving successful outcomes will prove him to be a valuable asset to our clients.
