We’re excited to welcome Bob Bergen as the new Assistant Warehouse Manager supporting our night‑shift operations here at Quaker Valley Foods. He’s already bringing steady leadership, strong communication, and a calm, solutions‑driven approach that keeps our overnight workflow running smoothly.
Outside of work, he’s a dedicated Philly sports fan who proudly supports the Eagles and the Phillies. When he’s not watching a game, you might find him in the kitchen making homemade pasta from scratch — a hobby that reflects the same patience and dedication he brings to his role. We’re thrilled to have him on the team and look forward to the impact he’ll continue to make.

Last week we celebrated Emma Sutton’s retirement after 45+ years with Quaker Valley Foods. 45+ years of dedication, hard work, loyalty, commitment, and impact. Emma’s career is a testament to commitment, professionalism, and the countless lives she’s touched along the way. Emma has given so much of herself through the years, and her impact goes far beyond the work she’s done. She’s been a constant, steady presence and someone so many of us have been lucky to work alongside — she will truly be missed by all.

As Emma begins this next chapter, we hope it’s filled with joy, rest, new adventures, and all the things she’s looked forward to. This retirement is so well earned and deserved.

As we wind down 2025, we’re taking a moment to reflect on a year of growth, connection, and progress. One highlight was hosting our first Town Hall—an important step in opening the conversation, listening to employee needs and concerns, and strengthening communication across the company.
