Greetings Wholistic’s,

Join us September 1st for our Liver Cleanse.

As we know, the liver is the body’s primary means of processing toxins. When it becomes overwhelmed the body is affected in many ways. Because of the increased difficulty dealing with toxins in the body, one may become much more sensitive to environmental toxins, increasing allergic responses, feelings of lethargy, and lack of energy. The body is overwhelmed at its primary processing plant. When this happens, toxins begin to backup and affect other areas of the body. Also, the liver controls the body’s sugar level. In a toxic state the liver may struggle to maintain this constant level. leading to fluctuating sugar levels that can greatly affect one’s energy level.

Here are some signs associated with a toxic liver & gallbladder..

Primary Signs. Easily Fatigue. Headaches, including migraines. insomnia.

Food sensitivities Secondary Signs. Period problems & severe PMS. Gallstones.

Alcohol & substance abuse. Stiff, tense, aching muscles and nerves. Weak tendons.

Eye problems: including spots, floaters, dry eyes, cataracts, and sore eyes.

This cleanse is design to facilitate the body with the nutrients it needs to generate the correct energy throughout the body strengthening the life force within....

We have Liver Kits available for purchase. Link is in the bio. The kits comes with instructions. You will also have support from the group to help you throughout your cleanse. The link for our liver cleanse group is in the bio as well. You can pick up your kits or have them mailed to you. If you have any questions please send us a DM. See you in September.

Monday, June 28th at 1 pm EST/ 10 am PST for a Self-Care workshop co-sponsored by NASW - PA Chapter
*
In the uniquely stressful times that we’re living in, social workers have been working overtime taking care of everyone else from clients to students, to colleagues, to family members. This additional demand on social workers likely means a lack of attention to self-care when the need is the greatest for self-care for those in the mental health field. This training will help participants ensure that the self-care they are doing is intentional, and truly rejuvenating to help them go back out and advocate for the well-being of others.
