I know I’m either a few days late or early for but I just came across this photo and couldn’t resist sharing one of my favorite pics of all time 😹

When the pandemic struck and the quarantine had us all indoors, I began hosting the Fergie’s Pub open mic online via a page for what became a few dozen regular virtual attendees every week. That open mic was definitely in the top 5 things that kept me sane and kept me going through those incredibly uncertain times. I basically learned to play guitar on a live stream every week 🫣

Anyhow, this photo was taken right when I was singing and playing into my phone for the livestream one Monday night early on, unaware of the guest appearance my cat Prince was making behind me.

Next month I will be walking along side my sister Elissa in the 2023 Race for Hope DC to help raise awareness and funding for Glioblastoma brain cancer, which took her husband Telly from us just 11 months after diagnosis.

They are featuring her story this week, which she has beautifully written below.
