ANNOUNCING A NEW VIRTUAL COOKING COURSE!

For as long as I’ve been writing about Palestinian food, people have asked if I would teach a live class. And for years, I hesitated.

But now, more than ever, I feel the pull to share it in real time, with real people.

So this winter, I am finally offering a one-time, four-session Palestinian cooking course.

We’ll cook together, talk through techniques, and explore not just recipes but a way of cooking rooted in generosity, connected to land and well-being, and meant to be shared.

Each session is capped at 25 people so it stays personal, interactive, and truly hands-on. It may be online, but my hope is that it feels like the next best thing to being right in my kitchen!

We’ll meet over four Sundays in January and February—when it’s cold and we’re all tucked inside anyway—from 12–2pm ET.
