I did a very complicated and complexed POA signing yesterday. I am good with these types of closings. 224 pages with double signature lines in POA language. He was not aware that he had to sign with the traditional POA verbiage. He was not a happy camper. I remained calm and understanding throughout the whole process. I kept the title and signing company informed throughout.

I received the email below as a thank you for a job well done with no errors. I'm gonna really enjoy this appreciation gift. Just doing what I do!!!
