➡️ This exercise is a modification of a pistol squat. It helps develop mobility in the hip flexor while unilaterally strengthening the lower limbs with the weight of the kettle bell. Adding the box allows for full range of motion.

➡️ Give this extreme core exercise a try. Start with just a plank if it’s to difficult then progress to sweeping the leg through.
Working some depth jumps with coming to stability with

➡️ This exercise is great to add explosiveness and power in your lower extremities. The depth jump causes you to produce force and elastic energy as quickly as possible with being able to come to balance and then generate it again. This is a great way to improve your athletic performance!
