This was our design for the client’s kitchen and family room area a while ago. It featured the client’s favorite gray color scheme and seamlessly concealed a structural element that they were previously unhappy with.

Removed part of corridor walls to create an open space to greet incoming patients to their treatment rooms.

Enlarged and converted the existing bathroom into an ADA compliant restroom.

Removed the side wall, and merged another room into lobby area. It made the lobby spacious. Reoriented reception desk brings more welcome feeling.

A recent bathroom design. This is a part of a whole house renovation project.

A damaged structure replacement project in 2021. The old retaining wall was cracked and buckling. Veranda Architects designed the new retaining wall and roof cover. The drainage around foundation also has been redesigned to prevent future damage.
