Perry Middle School

We are excited to join with middle schools across the district in the Summer Reading Challenge! Rising 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students have been provided a Summer Reading Challenge card. All students who successfully complete the challenge of reading five books from any of the categories on the card will participate in an ice cream celebration in August! Students can turn in their completed card to their homeroom teacher or the media center by August 10.

If anyone loses their card, feel free to simply write the books down on a piece of paper. Copies of the card are available in the front office. You can view the card on our website: https://pms.hcbe.net/summerreadingchallenge.

8th graders ended their middle school days with a trip to Wild Adventures — and the adventures were definitely wild! Lots of laughs, great memories, and a fun way to celebrate the end of middle school! Only 2.5 more days till summer!!

Today's Panther Games event made for a fun-filled Friday, and we enjoyed watching our panthers in action during field games and tug of war. Our counselor, Mrs. Ward, is the MVP of Field Day. We look forward to this event each year.
