This Sunday at First Baptist Perry, we’re continuing our ENDURE series with Submit FOR Christ Part 3, as we enter into 1 Peter 3:1-7. This passage speaks to husbands and wives about honor, gentleness, and what it looks like to live with each other in a way that points to Jesus.

Whether you’re married, single, or somewhere in between, this message has something for you. Y’all come join us at 10:30 AM!

Does anyone else remember how, when we were kids, we couldn't wait to grow up? Now it just seems like being an adult is solving one hard situation after another while pretending you know what you’re doing.

Suffering doesn't always make sense. You can do the right thing and still get wounded. You can be faithful and still feel forgotten and dismissed. But Scripture reminds and assures us we're never meant to go through any suffering alone.

“For to this you have been called, because Christ also suffered for you, leaving you an example, so that you might follow in his steps.” — 1 Peter 2:21 ESV

Whatever you're carrying this week, keep your eyes on Jesus. He understands, He sustains, and He never wastes what we endure.

From Impact Camp and Connect Day Camp to Illumination VBS and CentriKid Camp, we're investing in the next generation all month long. Plus, Summer (re)Ignite kicks off on June 17, bringing back most of our Wednesday Night Activities (sorry FirstKids, we'll see you in July!) for The Table, FirstWorship, and FirstStudents.
