I’m going to drop a couple of pictures of an apartment/duplex here in Perry that I recently was called in very last minute to clean. Per leasing agent, the renter was told the apartment was cleaned two times prior to her move in date, including all carpet shampood. However, none would be replaced, not even the bedroom with a HUGE blue stain of slime from the previous owners.
I would like to first ask, in your opinion of looking at these pictures:
1) Does this apartment look like it’s been cleaned not once but twice for new tenant move in?
2) Would you accept this “cleaning” if YOU were moving in this apartment?
**security deposit of $1400 plus first months rent of $1400 bringing total move in cost to a 3 bedroom apartment $2800.
