Perry Run Group Waiver
I know that running with Perry Run Group is a potentially hazardous activity, which could cause injury or death. By my signature on this Perry Run Group waiver sign-in sheet, I certify that I am medically able to perform this event, I am in good health, and I am properly trained. I assume all risks, including the effects of the weather; high heat and/or humidity; freezing cold temperatures; traffic and the conditions of the road and sidewalks; wildlife encounters; falls, injuries, and medical emergencies. I agree to abide by the rules of the road as a pedestrian, and I understand that bicycles, skateboards, roller skates or inline skates, animals, and personal music players are not allowed during group runs. I further agree to abide by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommendations for the prevention of the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19). I understand that there’s a risk of being exposed to or infected by COVID-19 and other communicable diseases by my participation in this event, and I personally assume this risk. I have read this waiver and acknowledge these facts. With my signature on this Perry Run Group waiver sign-in sheet, I agree that I, and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release Perry Run Group, Bodega Brew, the City of Perry, and the Road Runners Club of America from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event.

Come enjoy this beautiful weather with Perry Run Group tonight at BODEGA BREW! Get some miles in, meet some great people, and hang out afterward.
New to running or thinking about getting started? Come join us! You don’t have to be fast or experienced—just show up and give it a try. We’d love to meet you.
And if running isn’t your thing, you’re still welcome to come hang out and enjoy the evening with us. Bring a friend and we’ll see you tonight!

Last week was the first week Ghost Runner Pizza hosted us for our Thursday evening run and it was a great time!
This week, we will be back at Bodega Brew! 6pm!
