Pendleton Cryo & Wellness

I know Pendleton Cryo & Wellness just started back in Jan of 2026. However we are located inside of RELAXation Retreat Studios so we will be offering some GREAT deals on our Cryo & Wellness that day! You don’t want to miss out!
Thurs Dec 4p-7p

🎉10 YEARS ago today….I OPEN up RELAXation Retreat Studios. I had a DREAM and followed it! I believed in myself and others! It wasn’t easy! We had good months and bad months. But I NEVER gave up!!! I’ve worked long hours and even worked everyday to build my practice and help others build theirs!
Our studio started off with 4 rooms located at 122 W State St downtown Pendleton. Nancy Bennett was my first Massage Therapist to join the team! She has been amazing friend and Co-worker! It’s been amazing to build my Dream with Nancy! Thank you Nancy for everything you have done and always having my back.
Then our studio grew to 6 rooms, then we out grew the studio and had a raccoon 🦝 issue 😳😂. We moved to our current location 526 N Pendleton Ave Pendleton,IN. Which has been 5 years at this location. We NOW have 14 rooms with 10 small businesses owners.

🎉Please Join us on Thursday Dec 3 from 4pm-7pm - We will be celebrating 🎉 our 10 years.

Come see us this Fri & Sat at Fall Festival downtown Pendleton!

💙 PENDLETON, WE’RE THINKING OF YOU. 💙

Our hearts go out to everyone in our community who has been affected by the flooding. We know this is a stressful and uncertain time for many families, and we are so thankful to see our community come together to help one another. 🙏🏼

A HUGE thank-you to everyone who has been out filling sandbags, helping families, checking on neighbors, and doing whatever they can to help. This is what community looks like. 💙

We also want to let our clients know that RELAXation Retreat Studios is OPEN for business at this time. Our main road to the studio is open, and our parking lot is not flooded.

We do have some extra vehicles parked in the back of the studio belonging to volunteers who are helping with the flooding. ❤️ We have intentionally kept the front parking area open and available for our clients.

Please continue to stay safe, watch the river levels, and take care of one another. We are keeping everyone affected by the flooding in our thoughts and hearts. 🙏🏼💙

RELAX • RENEW • HEAL

Unfortunately Spa Week has shut down without notice. We received the following email this week. Effective now, Pendleton Cryo & Wellness will no longer be able to accept these gift cards.

Dear Valued Clients, Friends and Colleagues,

After 24 glorious years of introducing and sharing the spa and wellness experience with millions of people across the Country, it is with a heavy heart and a profound sense of sadness that we are forced to write this letter.

The current economic climate, changing consumer spending patterns as well as other mitigating factors have conspired together to undermine the viability of the businesses moving forward.

Despite our best efforts, including countless meetings and hundreds of man hours, all spent in an effort to craft a path forward, no viable option has materialized. As a result, ongoing operations have failed to provide a platform for a continued profitable operation. As such, the Spa Week Media Management Team has concluded that even limited continued operations is no longer feasible, and the Company has ceased operations effective immediately.

Our current position no longer allows us the ability to honor any cards moving forward so all queries should be directed to our counsel at [email protected] or (212) 867-6001.

Thank you for allowing us to be part of your wellness journey for these past many years.

Very truly yours,
SpaWeek Management

Happy Fourth of July 🇺🇸🎆🎇250 years!!

Getting some red light therapy done. My muscles hurt from this weekend. I love how my mat is portable. I can use at the studio, at home or take on a trip with me (which we are leaving for a rugby tournament and I’ll take this mat for my son). I can put on my massage table while you get manual lymphatic draining or maybe cranial sacral. You can elevate your Salt cave or pedicure experience by adding the red light therapy mat to your session.

ONE SPOT. That’s it.

Saturday’s Cryo Day is almost full, and there’s just one 2:00 PM appointment left for the $99 Intro Session.

If you’ve been curious about Cryo-Glypto, this is your chance to see what everyone is talking about. Many clients notice:
• Inches lost
• Reduced bloating
• Tighter-looking skin
• A boost in confidence

Once this spot is gone, so is the $99 introductory pricing.
