How do I know if I need one or two rows of extensions?

I get asked this question a lot!

If you want to add thickness and a little length, one row is the PERFECT option for you!

If you want to add INCHES..... you need two rows. Having two rows helps in blending your natural hair into the extensions, as well as giving you more coverage.

I always take your natural hair into consideration first. I look at the health of your natural hair, your density, the health of your scalp, and your color moving forward with me.

A lot of my clients now have dropped down to just one row now since their hair is finally longer and thicker. That's the fun thing about extensions, it's so customizable. There are no two heads alike.

2023 Here we are......

I'm starting to put words out in the universe so I can speak into their existence. I feel a heaviness on my shoulders for what's to come and what I will create.

I'm a dreamer that never stops. Today I'm dreaming of my life in 4 years. Where will I be who will I help, and am I fulfilling God's purpose?

I love dreaming, dreaming big! Building something that nourishes my heart and soul.

So for now..... God willing.... I'll just continue to dream until he leads the way...

My word for 2023 is DREAM

Can anyone else relate?

I wrote a lot today and I want to share it with someone so I’m sharing it with all of you 🫶🏽

As a business owner who didn’t have access to the education we have now, I spent a lot of time making and fixing mistakes - wondering if I even had what it took to be here… waiting for the floor to drop out from under me. It is emotionally exhausting being a business owner because you simply want to get it right and make everyone happy. You always want everyone to have a great impression of you and you truly want to have the best products and services in the world. When things go wrong, which they will, it’s common to feel doubt, shame, guilt, fear and unworthiness.

These feelings have plagued me and many others for as long as time can tell. These feelings continue to creep back in when I am striving for perfectionism and when I don’t feel safe to be myself. The world of social media is truly a blessing and a curse. It makes it so hard to connect when you’re trying so hard to keep up.

Over the years however, those mistakes and discoveries became a part of my unique story which has helped me build connections with so many. It’s not easy standing in front of people and admitting your failures, but I remember hearing somewhere that if you get that uneasy feeling that vulnerability is, to lean into it. As my career grew, I have been leaning all the way in. By leaning in, others in my journey have leaned in too. I think that’s a bigger gift than anything - to connect.

My overall thought: God/the universe/whatever you believe has put you on this journey to learn and grow. Enjoy the journey because it’s not about the destination. It’s about your path that you walk every day. Be yourself and love who you are. People will come and go and people will try to tear you down along the way but that’s just a part of your experience.

I love you so much, you’re doing amazing. You’re not alone!
