The Children’s Rodeo is an annual event organized by the InterMountain Education Service District (IMESD) in partnership with the Pendleton Round-Up.
This event offers children with special needs from IMESD school districts the opportunity to be cowboys and cowgirls inside the famous Pendleton Round-Up Arena. The 2026 Children's Rodeo will be Thursday, September 17th at 10:30 AM. We look forward to welcoming all our participants and their families.
Each year during Round-Up Week, Intermountain ESD and the Round-Up Association come together to offer students with special needs the opportunity to be cowpokes in the legendary Round-Up arena. 🩷 Take a look inside the 2025 Children's Rodeo!

IMESD and the Round-Up Association were thrilled to welcome 57 students to the 2025 Children's Rodeo today at the Round-Up Arena! The children enjoyed a variety of fun rodeo activities from stagecoach rides and horseback rides to roping and riding hand-rocked bulls.
THANK YOU to the many volunteers from IMESD, Round-Up Association, local and visiting cowboys and cowgirls, school districts and the community who made it a great day.
