Merry Christmas from Pendleton Athletic Club and Coach Hall!

We're excited to announce that we will be hosting a FREE coaches clinic by Butler Head Softball Coach Scott Hall on December 22nd, 10 am to 1:00 pm!

You're not going to want to miss this! Coach Hall will be dropping some knowledge bombs that includes:

1️⃣ Video analysis of hitting and all aspects of swinging.
2️⃣ Demonstration of effective practice drills.
3️⃣ Open discussion on all facets of the game.
4️⃣ Open to coaches of all levels and ages. (High School, Travel Ball, and Rec Ball)

We will also be providing refreshments and lunch!

Tis' the season to be thankful, and we couldn't be more thankful for getting the opportunity to help mold these kids into strong, respectful, competitive athletes. The future is looking bright in the community of Pendleton!

Good luck to one of our high school athletes, , as he begins his senior wrestling season tomorrow!

Caleb came to us at the beginning of the school year to help him cut weight for wrestling. In the past, Caleb would have to reduce his food intake tremendously in an unhealthy way. This would get him to the weight he was looking for, but he was losing a large amount of muscle and creating potential health risks. Since coming to us in August, Caleb is at his wrestling weight, stronger than ever, and sticking to a healthy amount of food intake.

Don't get it twisted though, we created and implemented his training program butttttt he's the one putting the hard work in. He's the one showing up at our 5:30 am class when most kids are still sleeping. He's the one striving for greatness.

We're so proud of Caleb and can't wait to continue to help and support him throughout the season!
