Hello everyone. When we get up and running, we will be doing a tasting menu. So it will be a variety of pastry’s and savory foods. You will get a card and mark your favorite foods. That way we can narrow down on menu items. We will have prizes and some cool stuff going on.

Really it was not suppose to rain today. Well that puts a damper on my plans

So when we get open we will do breakfast and lunches. We will have breakfast wraps, donuts, stuffed French toast and a lot more items. We will have the gyros, smoked burgers and new items going on the menu.

So everyone we have a change of plans. We will not be opening back up the food trailer. We will be opening a bakery/ cafe coming very soon.

We have decided we are going to do a wrap for the food trailer. I can’t wait till my ideas come to life on the trailer
